Korin founded Ayers Agency to help her neighbors protect what they've worked for — and to make insurance something people actually understand. She leads with a customer-first mindset, a commitment to education, and a genuine love for the Hastings community. She believes the best policy is one the customer understands.

Katie keeps the agency running and makes sure every customer feels heard. She's the patient voice on the phone when you have a question, and she's committed to helping people understand their coverage rather than just filing it away. Responsiveness and care are the standard she sets.
